AMAN EVENT RENTALS — RENTAL AGREEMENT & LIABILITY WAIVER 1. RENTAL AGREEMENT
By confirming this reservation, the Customer ("Renter") agrees to rent the items listed from AMAN Event Rentals ("Company") under the terms stated herein.

2. DAMAGE & LOSS LIABILITY
The Renter is fully responsible for all rented items from the time of delivery/pickup until return. The Renter agrees to pay the full replacement cost for any items that are lost, stolen, damaged beyond normal wear, or not returned. Replacement costs are based on current market value of the item.

3. CARE OF EQUIPMENT
Renter shall use all equipment in a careful and proper manner. Equipment shall not be used in any manner contrary to its intended purpose. Tables and chairs shall not exceed their rated weight capacity. Items shall be kept clean and protected from weather damage.

4. PERSONAL INJURY & LIABILITY WAIVER
The Company shall not be liable for any personal injury, death, or property damage arising from the use, misuse, or failure of rented equipment. The Renter assumes all risks associated with the use of rented items and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AMAN Event Rentals, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the rental.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made 7+ days before the event: full refund of down payment. Cancellations made 3–6 days before: 50% of down payment refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours: no refund of down payment.

6. PAYMENT TERMS
A 30% non-refundable down payment is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to delivery or pickup. Failure to pay the balance may result in cancellation of the reservation.

7a. AGE REQUIREMENT
The Renter must be at least 18 years of age to enter into this agreement. By accepting these terms, the Renter confirms they meet this age requirement and have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract.

7. RENTAL PERIOD
Items must be returned on the agreed return date and time. Late returns are subject to additional charges equal to the daily rental rate per item per day late.

8. CONDITION OF RETURN
All items must be returned clean and in the same condition as received. Cleaning fees may be charged if items are returned excessively dirty.

9. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in Franklin County, Ohio.
